What Swanfield Survival is

Swanfield Survival is a post-apocalyptic zombie survival game. You wake up with flashes of memory, explosions, gunfire and running for your life, and realise the town of Swanfield has fallen. From there it's a classic survival sandbox: loot buildings, craft, build, fish and farm, and decide how much risk a good haul is worth. It supports co-op with up to five friends, dedicated servers, and both PvE and PvP.

As of October 2026 the game is listed on Steam as coming soon, with a playtest that players can ask to join. That means it's still changing, and some of what you see in the videos will look different by release.

What happens in this series

The channel first tried Swanfield Survival early in 2026 with three episodes: a first look, a trip to the gas station and fire department, and setting up in the motel. The current run came back to see whether the updates had made it better, and it is organised around one big location per episode. That makes it easy to pick the place you care about:

• a bandit camp loaded with loot
• the city, which turned out to be one of the most-watched videos on the channel
• the farm, which paid off well
• the police station and the military base
• the fire station and the hospital, where the question was whether going inside was worth it
• the prison, full of zombies and hopefully loot

Each episode answers the same practical question: is this place worth the danger? That makes the series useful if you're playing yourself and deciding where to go next.

Where to start

Start with “Have the Updates Made It Better?”, the first episode of the current run. If you only want one location, each episode works fine on its own.
